1. No Cancellation by the Customer
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer. Orders are processed and dispatched promptly, and this allows us to keep prices low.
Please review your cart, selected diary, quantity, shipping address and contact details carefully before completing payment.
2. Address or Contact Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping address or phone number, email mysehatdiary@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We will try to update the details if the order has not yet been dispatched, but this is not guaranteed. Such a request does not amount to cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Sehat Diary
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- the product is out of stock or unavailable;
- an error in pricing or product information on the Website;
- we are unable to ship to the delivery address or country provided;
- payment fails, is reversed, or the order appears fraudulent or violates our Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation.
4. Failed Payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed on the Website, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If it is not, please email us with the transaction details.
